Critic's Notebook is a nascent website formed by graduate students at New York University Tisch School of the Arts Cinema Studies department and the British Film Institute. We cover arts, entertainment and culture around the globe. With writers in New York City, Los Angeles, London and Paris, we've scored coveted credentials to film festivals such as Cannes, Sundance, Berlin, New York, London and Tribeca, as well as invitations to press-only screenings and junkets. A few of us have even scored newspaper and magazine assignments. We're looking for writers and editors to help us reach the next level. All students are welcome to apply, and we strongly encourage those with relevant experience and familiarity with AP style to also apply for our editorial openings. The site is not currently generating revenue and we're unable to compensate you for your work, but you keep the copyright and have the option to pitch it to another outlet without blackout dates. Please e-mail your resume and three work samples to jobs at criticsnotebook.com to apply.
